Where are you feeling the pinch of pressure the most?

Still, doesn’t some small, hopeful part of you poke your head up and look around, just in case it could be true? (That’s the part we’re talking to now…..the part of you that wants to wake up. Let’s see if we can coax that part to the front, shall we? Would you like that? Will you let us? Will you let your TRUE, FREE self come forward? There it is – I see it!)

I’d like to tell you something about me. One of my dreams is to bring people together who are ready to step OUT of the hurricane of their life! I have SO been there and SO know how hard it was for me to STEP OUT. And I also am NOW living the intense relief and the rewards of having the courage to do just that.

Here’s an example:

Just this weekend, I got tested to the max. An (emotional) hurricane force wind was running through my relationship and my home. Live electrical lines were lying strewn across the living room, just waiting for me to step on one, or even more likely, push my mate onto them with a wild cackle!

BUT I DIDN’T DO THAT. Instead, and it’s even hard for me to believe, I created a fun, beautiful time for us both out of this near-wreckage. I rescued a weekend of certain total destruction because I have the tools to do that. Was it easy? Are you kidding me? Absolutely frickin’ not! BUT, I did do it. And I couldn’t have found that place of fun and enjoyment in years past.

I didn’t come by these tools easily. I had to claw my way out of over- intensity and habits of overdoing and over-focus. I imagine you can relate!

But I did it. It was critical to me and my sanity, and over the years, I’ve realized its how I can consistently and reliably touch ecstasy even in the midst of what before would have been certain disaster.

Is it true for you, like for many of my very successful coaching clients, that your career is doing well but you don’t feel a sense of lightness and freedom?

And does this sound familiar:

• I don’t have any space for just “me”


• I have too much on my plate; I’m overwhelmed


• I feel a sense of guilt for not being the father, mother, mate, etc. I want to be


• I want to be more playful and light but who has the energy?!


• I need time to expand; sometimes I feel like my head is in a vice


• I’m determined to get what I want but there’s got to be an easier way to get from Point A to Point B

Life does not have to feel like you’re walking in and out of a storm. Every single person on this planet, including YOU, has the ability to express their natural talents, make as much as they desire and feel the cool, relaxed breeze of freedom. And to feel it in YOUR totally unique and personal way.

You know that what you focus on grows. You know that in order to change things in your life, you have to let go of some of your old habitual ways of thinking and acting. What’s the best way to do that?

EXPLODE THIS RULE: Gotta do a whole lotta something to make something work.

How? I’ve found the answer to how you can take your life into a state of calm… or thrill bumps…whatever suits your mood at any moment. The key is, it puts you back in the driver seat with no guilt and lots of ecstasy.

I was talking to a very brilliant colleague of mine, Wendy Yellen, about how her work could help my clients make even bigger and faster breakthroughs. My center, the Simple Balance Holistic Center near Chicago, helps people to align their physiology with where they are going in their life. Hi Jeanna! Just stumbled on this post and am so happy to hear what you and Wendy are doing together. Wendy is AMAZING and her techniques truly effortless. I couldn't recommend her any more highly. This will be a transformational experience for anyone who jumps in and invests in themselves.

Now I sound like a commercial, huh? lol Just enthusiastic that's all! Tough not to be enthusiastic when you've experienced Wendy's work personally.
